Terms & Conditions
Membership All harmonies and resources used by Sounds Choirs are owned by elliewilliams.co.uk. All members agree that any use of these resources, techniques and ideas will not be used, amended, or copied at any other event. If found to be used, legal action will ensue against the individual. The choir will prevent the admission of any member who is deemed to be in contravention of the membership guidelines. Membership fees for the choir are payable by the 2nd week of each term (10 weeks per term). Because we have waiting lists for each choir, any non-payment of membership fees will be taken as cancellation of membership and the space will be offered to the waiting list. The membership fees may vary and members will be notified before any change. Refunds of membership fees due to member cancellation will be given at the sole discretion of Sounds Choirs.
Health & Safety Sounds Choirs is not responsible for any damage to person or personal belongings whilst attending rehearsals and performances. Members of The choir are responsible for their own property and welfare whilst attending all rehearsals and performances.
Conduct It is the aim of Sounds Choirs to create a safe and healthy environment for all its staff and members. In order to do this, we expect acceptable standards of behaviour from all our members. Members should arrive on time for rehearsals and conduct themselves in a co-operative manner with other members and staff. Sounds Choir aims to create an equal opportunity environment and any behaviour that does not respect this will result in the cancellation of membership.
Data Protection Some membership personal and private information is held by elliewilliams.co.uk. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with any external bodies or organisations unless previously agreed to by each member. Email or postal addresses will be used for contact by elliewilliams.co.uk only.
Amendments Sounds Choirs reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
